Underground Foreman
As an Underground Foreman at ZiTEL, you will play a pivotal role in supervising the installation of duct and cable systems. This position requires a leader who can manage the daily activities of 1 to 2 crews, ensuring that projects are completed safely, on time, and within budget.
Key Responsibilities:
Supervise the installation of duct and cable systems across various job sites.
Manage daily activities of 1 to 2 crews, ensuring adherence to safety standards and project specifications.
Operate heavy equipment and trucks to excavate, install, and complete projects.
Maintain a safe work environment in compliance with state, federal, OSHA, and HHS safety policies.
Review and approve employee time sheets.
Qualifications:
Valid VA Driver’s License.
7-10 years of experience in underground utilities.
Proficiency in computer skills, including Excel, Outlook, and PDF software.
Proven experience in managing multiple crews and jobs simultaneously.
